For families
This is the support guide your town hall links from its website. If your question isn’t answered here, contact the town hall — enrollment is a municipal service.
Before enrollment day: prepare your profile
Section titled “Before enrollment day: prepare your profile”- Open your town’s catalog (link on the municipal website or QR poster).
- Create a family account with your email.
- Add each child with: name, birth date, medical information relevant to monitors, allergies and intolerances, support needs, and the image-rights consent (you may decline; monitors see it on their list).
Doing this days before opening is the key: on D-day you only pick a session and pay — a matter of minutes.
On enrollment day
Section titled “On enrollment day”- Open the catalog and pick the activity and session (places left update in real time).
- Pick the child and, if entitled, a discount.
- Submit. You get a receipt with the exact time (down to the millisecond): your first-come guarantee.
- If there’s a place, it is held while you pay.
Discounts and documents
Section titled “Discounts and documents”- Pick the type (residence, large or single-parent family) inside the same form: the discount applies to the price immediately.
- Upload the supporting document (residence certificate, valid family card) as PDF or photo.
- The town hall reviews it and emails you the outcome. If rejected before payment, the price is recalculated.
Paying by card or Bizum
Section titled “Paying by card or Bizum”- Payment happens at the town bank’s own TPV (the familiar Redsys gateway): the money goes directly to the municipal account.
- If a payment fails or you cancel it, you don’t lose the place: it stays held and you can retry from “My family”.
- On success you receive the confirmation email with the receipt.
Waitlist
Section titled “Waitlist”- If the session is full, you join the waitlist ordered by request time. Your position is always visible in your account — no phone calls, no PDF lists.
- When a place opens up, you are promoted automatically and emailed a payment link with a deadline. If you don’t pay in time, the place moves to the next family.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”Forms are available in Catalan, Spanish and English (plus other languages if your town enabled them). Machine-translated descriptions carry the ”✨ machine translated” mark.
