Families

I cancelled the payment by mistake. Have I lost the place? No. The place stays held while the enrollment is pending payment: go back to «My family» and click «Go to secure payment».

The bank charged me but I don’t see the confirmation. The bank reports the result automatically; if you don’t get the email within a few minutes, contact the town hall with the transaction number. An enrollment cannot be paid twice; if the bank ever charged too much, the town will see it flagged to refund you.

How do I know my waitlist position? In your account, under «My family». It updates automatically, and if a place opens up you’ll get an email with a payment deadline.

Can I enroll more than one child? Yes, the account is per family: add all your children and make one enrollment for each.

Why can’t I enroll yet? Each session has an enrollment opening time, shown in the catalog with a countdown. The child’s age is also checked if the activity has age limits.

Which languages can I enroll in? Catalan, Spanish and English. Activity descriptions are written by the town and may be in Catalan only.

How do I delete my data? From your account you can delete each child or the whole account. More in app privacy.

Town halls

What happens on opening morning if many families click at once? Each place is allocated under a database lock: no more places than available are ever allocated, and the order is recorded to the millisecond. We test it with 30 simultaneous requests for the last place.

Can we prove there was no favouritism? Yes: the allocation audit exports the complete sequence of requests with timestamps.

Does the money pass through EnaJoin? Never. Every charge goes to the town bank’s Redsys TPV and is credited to the municipal account. We are not a payment intermediary. The integration is being validated with the first pilot town.

How are refunds made? From your TPV’s administration module. EnaJoin shows you the list of payments to refund, but does not move money.

How much does it cost? We prepare a quote for each town, based on its volume of activities and enrollments. EnaJoin is designed to be procured as a Spanish minor contract (up to €15,000 per year excl. VAT). Ask at hola@enacast.com.
