FAQ

I cancelled the payment by mistake. Did I lose the place? No. The place stays held while the enrollment is pending payment: go back to “My family” and click “Go to secure payment”.

The bank charged me but I see no confirmation. The TPV notifies the result automatically; if the email doesn’t arrive within minutes, contact the town hall with the order number. The same enrollment is never charged twice.

How do I know my waitlist position? In your account, under “My family”. It updates automatically, and if a place opens up you get an email with a payment deadline.

Can I enroll more than one child? Yes, the account is family-wide: add all your children and enroll each one.

Which languages can I enroll in? Catalan, Spanish and English out of the box; your town can enable more (Arabic, Romanian, Urdu…).

What happens on opening morning if 500 families click at once? Each request is processed in a serialized transaction: never more places allocated than available, and the order is recorded with milliseconds. It’s our design case, not an edge case.

Can we prove there was no favoritism? Yes: the allocation audit exports the full request sequence with timestamps. We are also exploring a lottery mode (window + auditable draw with published seed) for towns that prefer not to reward click speed.

Does money pass through EnaJoin? Never. Every charge goes to the town bank’s Redsys TPV and settles in the municipal account.

What does it cost? Between €1,200 and €3,000/year by enrollment volume — always within the minor-contract threshold.

What if our website is hosted by the provincial council and we can’t touch it? You only need a link or a QR. No technical integration on the municipal website.
