Getting started

Setup depends mostly on the bank (getting the virtual TPV). We help you with every step.

Redsys integration status

The Redsys integration is built (redirect to the payment page, HMAC-SHA256 signature and the bank’s server notification as the source of truth). We are still validating it with the first pilot town’s real TPV; that is why, before opening to the public, we always run a test transaction with your bank.

1. Redsys virtual TPV with your bank

The town already banks somewhere; almost every Spanish bank runs on Redsys. Ask your bank manager for a virtual TPV (e-commerce) for “municipal activity enrollment”.

The bank will give you three values to enter in EnaJoin:

Tips for the call with the bank:

• If you want families to be able to pay with Bizum, ask them to enable it on the TPV. If they don’t, payment will be by card only.
• Ask for access to the TPV administration module: refunds are made there.
• Before opening to the public we run a test transaction with your bank: configurations vary between banks and we always validate it.

The money never passes through EnaJoin: the TPV belongs to the town and every charge is credited straight to the municipal account.

2. E-invoicing (eFACT/FACe)

To invoice the service we need the town’s DIR3 codes (accounting office, managing body, processing unit). You’ll find them on your contractor profile, or the clerk-comptroller’s office can provide them. We invoice through eFACT (Catalonia) or FACe.

3. Address and link from the town website

• Each town has its own address: app.enajoin.enacast.com/m/yourtown.
• The town website only needs one link (or a banner): no technical change, no call to the website provider.

4. Initial configuration

In one meeting we set up:

1. The residence and large-family discount percentages, per your ordinances.
2. The municipal staff users.
3. The first season’s catalog: activities, sessions, places, ages and enrollment opening dates.
4. The TPV credentials and the test transaction.
