Onboarding

Full onboarding takes one to two weeks, mostly waiting for the bank. We walk you through every step.

Ask your bank manager for a virtual TPV (e-commerce) for “municipal activity enrollment”. Nearly every Spanish bank operates on Redsys.

The bank gives you three values to enter in EnaJoin:

ValueExampleWhere
Merchant code (FUC)999008881TPV contract
Terminal number1TPV contract
SHA-256 secret keysq7HjrUO…TPV admin module

Tips for the bank call:

  • Ask them to enable Bizum on the TPV.
  • Ask for access to the admin module (refunds and lookups).
  • Before going live we run a test transaction in the bank’s sandbox — configurations vary between banks and we always validate.

Money never passes through EnaJoin: the TPV belongs to the town and every charge settles directly in the municipal account.

To invoice the license we need your town’s DIR3 codes (accounting office, managing body, processing unit). We invoice via eFACT (Catalonia) or FACe.

  • Each town gets its address: app.enajoin.enacast.com/m/yourtown (or your own domain).
  • The municipal website only needs one link — no technical changes.
  • We provide QR posters that route through our permanent redirect layer: they can be re-pointed without reprinting anything.

One one-hour meeting sets up:

  1. Discounts per your ordinances.
  2. Municipal staff users (with 2FA).
  3. Active form languages (ca/es/en included; others on request).
  4. The first season’s catalog (we can import it from your PDF or spreadsheet).
